1. Average no. of speech assessment/therapy session/ unit per month in a year. 115 (1 session/ unit = 0.5 hour )
2. Average no. of audiological assessment per month in a year. 67 The services should be provided by qualified staff including Audiologist, Audiological Technician and Speech Therapist. The Service Operator shall meet the requirements of the 16 SQSs.
