Common use of AUDIT BY CITY Clause in Contracts

AUDIT BY CITY. 8.1 The CONTRACTOR shall permit the CITY, or any authorized representatives of the CITY, at all reasonable times, access to and the right to examine all records, books, papers or documents related to the CONTRACTOR’s performance under this Agreement including, but not limited to, expenses for sub-contractors, agents or assistants, direct and indirect charges for work performed and detailed documentation for all such work performed or to be performed under this Agreement.
