Common use of AUDIT BY CITY Clause in Contracts

AUDIT BY CITY. 8.1. During this Agreement’s Term and for a period of four (4) years after the expiration, cancellation, or termination of this Agreement, or any extension of it, CONSULTANT shall: (A) Keep and maintain, in their original form, all records, books, papers, or documents related to CONSULTANT’s performance of this Agreement; and (B) Permit CITY or its authorized representatives, at all reasonable times, to have access to, examine, audit, excerpt, copy, photocopy, photograph, or transcribe all records, books, papers, or documents related to CONSULTANT’s performance of this Agreement including, but not limited to: direct and indirect charges, and detailed documentation, for work CONSULTANT has performed or will perform under this Agreement.
