Common use of Audit Log Clause in Contracts

Audit Log. The System will create an audit log for each eContract submitted to the Vault. The audit log will create a record of the user identification information and date and time stamp for events and transactions performed on eContracts, including Transaction Types. Access to the audit log will be controlled by the Owner of Record.
