Audit of F. X Desk ----------------- MLIB, MLF and MLFIP agree to obtain an annual auditors' review of the F/X Desk (which need not result in a formal audit report) so as to verify and document compliance with the operation of the F/X Desk as contemplated hereby. The expense of such review shall be paid by MLFIP.
