Audit of Records Documenting the Work. National Grid shall maintain reasonably detailed records to document Reimbursable Costs. Up to one (1) year after completion of the Work, NYSEG and its chosen auditor shall, during normal business hours and upon reasonable advance written notice of not less than ten (10) days, be provided with access to such records for the sole purpose of verification by NYSEG that the Reimbursable Costs have been incurred by National Grid.
