Audit; Overcharges. If an audit or review, in accordance with this Article, discloses overcharges (of any nature) by Consultant in excess of 3% of the total Agreement value audited, the cost of Board’s audit will be reimbursed by Consultant (in addition to the amount overcharged). The amount of Board’s audit reimbursement will not exceed the value of the overcharges.
