Audit powers. (a) The Minister has the right to inspect and audit all the Contractor's books, accounts, and records relating to Petroleum Operations for the purpose of verifying the Contractor's compliance with the terms and conditions under this Agreement as provided in the Act, Regulations and this Agreement.
