Audit Regulations. 3.1 Every location at which the Customer User receives the Materials may be subject to a regular Compliance Audit carried out once per calendar year in addition to any number of extraordinary Compliance Audits deemed necessary by ICE pursuant to clause 6.2 of the Agreement. 3.2 If the Customer User refuses to permit the Compliance Audit to be carried out on the date agreed after the 30-calendar-day deadline, it must reimburse ICE in full for any costs incurred due to the late cancellation, subject to further conditions set down in the Agreement.
