Audit Regulations. 3.1 Every location at which the Customer User receives the Materials may be subject to a regular Compliance Audit carried out once per calendar year in addition to any number of extraordinary Compliance Audits deemed necessary by ICE pursuant to clause 6.2 of the Agreement.
