RULES & REGULATIONS. The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing. The Contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Space Contract and the Exhibitors’ Manual) except as varied in writing signed by the parties.

RULES & REGULATIONS. Rules and regulations outlined in the Hokie Handbook, the University Policies for Student Life, and the Housing, Residence Life and Dining Policies as well as any revisions thereto as may be periodically instituted by the University, are incorporated herein and made a part of this contract. In the event of a conflict between the rules and regulations as they appear in the above named publications and the terms of this contract, the provisions of this contract shall take precedence.
RULES & REGULATIONS. Tenant shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws that govern use and activities at the Tacoma Narrows Airport. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in termination of this Agreement. RCW 47.68.250 requires that all aircraft owners register their aircraft with Washington State Department of Transportation as a condition of renting a hangar or tie-down.
