Common use of Audit Reports Clause in Contracts

Audit Reports. You agree that: (a) any Certification body that conducts a Certification Audit of You may provide Us with a copy of any audit report prepared and any information about You or any of the Services obtained in the course of conducting the Certification Audit; and (b) We may use any such Certification Audit report or information as part of Our standard and performance monitoring to ensure that You are complying with Your obligations under the Service Agreement.
