Audit; Review of District Records. The District, at its sole expense, shall conduct an annual audit each year to the extent required by the Texas Water Code and the rules of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to be performed by an independent certified public accountant. The District shall file a copy of the completed audit with the City’s Director of Finances. The District shall make its financial records available to the City for inspection during normal business hours and with prior reasonable notice.
