Police Protection. For the police protection of the camp of the contractor’s work, the Deptt. will help the contractors as far as possible to arrange for such protection with the concerned authorities the cost shall be borne by the contractor.
Police Protection. The City does not provide municipal police protection but has an agreement with Xxxx County for protection through the Xxxx County Sheriff’s Office.
Police Protection. During any civil disorder, the Township shall provide each piece of equipment responding to any alarm with police protection, whenever and wherever possible.

Police Protection. The County shall provide police protection services to the Property on the same basis as it provides to other residents and businesses within the County. The Owner or a successor Owners Association may elect to provide private security services for all or a portion of the Property.
Police Protection. If the District provides for the provision of enhanced police protection services within the District, it shall first give the City the option to be the provider of such services. If the City is unable or unwilling to provide the services at a cost commensurate with that of other potential providers of such services, the District may contract with a third party. Payment to the City with regard to any police protection provided under this Section by a separate written agreement shall be based upon the actual costs of the City, including reasonable overhead, in providing such services. One (1) year prior to full purpose annexation, the District will contract with the City to provide police protection services.
Police Protection. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Department or its successor, shall be the entity responsible for law enforcement in the Subject Property and shall be provided with full accessibility. This does not preclude the Owner from providing additional, private security.
Police Protection. From and after commencement of construction of the Project, Entertainment agrees to maintain a professional security department on a 24/7 schedule at the Project. The purpose of the department will be to enhance the safety and security of the Project guests and employees and the Project assets. Entertainment agrees to provide land, free of charge, for the construction of a fire/emergency services facility, in a location near the Project to be mutually agreed to between Entertainment and the Unified Government, provided that Entertainment shall not have any obligation to construct or operate or finance any portion of the construction or operation of such facility. Entertainment does not anticipate having an undue impact on the police services currently provided in the community and shall not be required to provide funding or facilities for additional services.
