Common use of Audit Submission Clause in Contracts

Audit Submission. a.) Audits shall be submitted to the Recipient no later than thirty (30) days after the auditor’s report is received by the Agency. All audits shall be completed no later than one-hundred eighty (180) days after the close of the Agency’s fiscal year, or as specified and in accordance with Federal Code 45 CFR part 75.500, subpart F (“Audit Requirements”). b.) The Federal Audit Clearinghouse – Audits must be submitted to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse either thirty (30) days after receipt of the auditor’s report, or nine (9) months after the end of the entity’s fiscal year (FY) end date. Failure to comply with this requirement shall be deemed as a breach of this Contract and may result in the withholding or denial of any requests for payment or reimbursement from the Agency.
