Audit Submission. a.) Audits shall be submitted to the Recipient no later than thirty (30) days after the auditor’s report is received by the Agency. All audits shall be completed no later than one-hundred eighty (180) days after the close of the Agency’s fiscal year, or as specified and in accordance with Federal Code 45 CFR part 75.500, subpart F (“Audit Requirements”).
