Common use of Audit Timing Clause in Contracts

Audit Timing. Beginning with the 2013 fiscal year, the Company will use its reasonable best efforts to enable Company Auditors to complete their audit such that they will date their opinion on the Annual Financial Statements on the same date that Pfizer’s independent certified public accountants (“Pfizer Auditors”) date their opinion on the Pfizer Annual Statements, and to enable Pfizer to meet its timetable for the printing, filing and public dissemination of the Pfizer Annual Statements, all in accordance with Section 7.01(a) hereof and as required by applicable Law.
