Reporting Frequency. During any period of time when you are subject to the requirement in paragraph 1 of this award term and condition, you must report proceedings information through XXX for the most recent five year period, either to report new information about any proceeding(s) that you have not reported previously or affirm that there is no new information to report. Recipients that have Federal contract, grant, and cooperative agreement awards with a cumulative total value greater than $10,000,000 must disclose semiannually any information about the criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings.

Reporting Frequency. Signatories shall submit to an Independent Inspector reports based on compliance with the Voluntary Agreement (the “Reports”) according to the guidelines in this Section. The reports shall be provided according to the template in Annex C. The Independent Inspector shall publish Annual Compliance Reports according to the following schedule:  A Report by 30 April 2015 shall cover products placed on the market and Signatory commitments between 1 January 2014 and 31 December 2014. This Report will establish the baseline for the revised Voluntary Agreement.  A Report by 30 April 2016 shall cover products placed on the market between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2015.

Unless differently stated in forthcoming revisions of the current Voluntary Agreement, the subsequent Annual Compliance Reports shall be published by the 30 April of each year covering Products Placed on the Market during the previous full calendar year, e.g. by 30 April 2030 for Products Placed on the Market between 1 January 2029 and 31 December 2029. Within two weeks following the end of a reporting period, the Independent Inspector shall be required to send a request to the Signatories to file their Reports. These shall be submitted no later than two months after the end of the reporting period. Additional requests made by the Independent Inspector for Signatories to provide any missing information after the deadline should be honoured within 10 working days. The Reports shall be compiled by the Independent Inspector into a draft annual progress report (the “Annual Progress Report”) that will be submitted to the European Commission and the Signatories by 12 April of the calendar year following the end of the reporting period for the purpose of checking inconsistencies and quality. The members of the Steering Committee should be allowed two weeks to submit their comments on the report. The Independent Inspector will submit the Final Annual Compliance Report to the Steering Committee no later than 30 April of the calendar year following the end of the reporting period. The Annual Compliance report shall include: • information about the data collection and processing methods used and any difficulties encountered in preparing the report • the results of document checking • the approach for selecting Products for testing ...

Reporting Frequency. The Seller may, upon two Business Days prior notice to the Administrator and the Servicer, elect to provide Weekly Reports to the Administrator. Upon such election, a Weekly Reporting Period shall begin and the Seller and the Servicer shall be required to provide Weekly Reports in accordance with Clauses 1(a)(ii) and 2(a)(iv) of Exhibit IV, as applicable. Upon any such election of the implementation of a Weekly Reporting Period, such Weekly Reporting Period shall continue hereunder at all times until the date on which Seller provides the Administrator and the Servicer with no less than two Business Days prior notice that it would like to terminate the Weekly Reporting Period and the Administrator provides its written consent to the termination of such Weekly Reporting Period (which consent may be provided or denied in the Administrator’s sole discretion).
