AUM. (i) The Vendor represents that the Mutual Fund, as on February 20 2002 had assets under management of Rs. 3833.79 crores in the equity schemes and Rs. 1476.68 crores and under fixed-income schemes aggregating to assets under management at Rs.2357.10 crores as certified by the auditors.
