Common use of Australian Offer Document Clause in Contracts

Australian Offer Document. The Employee’s right to participate in the Plan and the RSUs granted under the Plan is intended to comply with the provision of the Corporations ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Regulatory Guide 49 and ASIC Class Order CO 14/1000. The Employee understands that the RSUs are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Offer Document, the Plan, the Grant Agreement and this Appendix. The Employee acknowledges and confirms that he or she has received and reviewed these documents.
