Australian Residents Sample Clauses
Australian Residents. Each Company Group Member is and has throughout the period since incorporation been resident in Australia for corporation tax purposes and if the Company Group Member is not resident it is not a company incorporated in Australia.
Australian Residents. (under Clause 8) means a person who:
a. Is currently residing in Australia (at the time that IKEA Australia received and time-stamped the submitted entry); and
b. Has a State Government issued (Official driver's license and/or proof of age card) identification that is current and valid that corresponds to a residential address in Australia. For the avoidance of doubt, you are not considered an Australian Resident if you reside in New Zealand at the time of the submitted entry and/or you do not have a fixed address for Australian residency (as demonstrated by official identification under this clause 9). For the avoidance of doubt, Australian Passports are not acceptable identification for the purposes of this Clause 9.
Australian Residents. Our Services, and any information we provide, are only intended for residents of Australia, who are in Australia at the time of using the Services.
Australian Residents. The Customer acknowledges that investment products are not available for Australian residents. The Customer agrees that if the Customer is, or becomes, an Australian resident, Citibank has the right to close the account/s, sell/liquidate the investment/s as per prevailing market value/s, credit the balance to Customer`s account or issue a check to Customer with the final balance of the account/s after settlement of all dues/payables, if any, without Citibank incurring any obligation or liability in respect of such closure and liquidation and/or disclosure or the accuracy thereof.
