Common use of Authentication and Delivery of Equipment Notes Clause in Contracts

Authentication and Delivery of Equipment Notes. Upon the execution and delivery of this Indenture, and from time to time thereafter, Equipment Notes in the aggregate principal amount set forth on Annex A hereto shall be executed by the Owner Trustee and delivered to the Indenture Trustee for authentication, and the Indenture Trustee shall thereupon authenticate and deliver said Equipment Notes to or upon the oral or written order of the Owner Trustee, signed, if written, by an authorized officer of the Owner Trustee, without any further action by the Owner Trustee.
