Authenticity, Accuracy and Completeness of Information. The legal representative of the Target Company shall verify and confirm that all the information provided to the Shareholders is true and correct and does not have any misleading effect. The financial statements provided by the Target Company to the Investors shall cover the consolidated financial statements of the Target Company and its subsidiaries, and shall have at least the current profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet.
