Common use of Authenticity of Signatures Clause in Contracts

Authenticity of Signatures. The Company will cause the Trustee to furnish the Agents from time to time with the specimen signatures of each of the Trustee’s officers, employees or agents who has been authorized by the Trustee to authenticate Book-Entry Notes, but neither the Trustee nor any Agent will have any obligation or liability to the Company or the Trustee in respect of the authenticity of the signature of any officer, employee or agent of the Company or the Trustee on any Book-Entry Note.

Authenticity of Signatures. The Company will cause the Indenture Trustee to furnish the Agents from time to time with the specimen signatures of each of the Indenture Trustee’s officers, employees or agents who has been authorized by the Indenture Trustee to authenticate Book-Entry Notes, but neither the Trustee nor any Agent Agents will have any no obligation or liability to the Company or the Indenture Trustee in respect of the authenticity of the signature of any officer, employee or agent of the Company or the Indenture Trustee on any Book-Entry such Note.
