Authorisation Clause. By acceptance of this policy, the Principal Organisation agrees to act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving of notices of Claim or termination, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notices provided for in this policy ( except the giving of notice to apply for the Extended Reporting Period), and each Insured agrees that the Principal Organisation shall act on their behalf.
Authorisation Clause. 4.1 By signing the Agreement or confirming the Assignment in another valid way, the Client will be bound to the Agreement.
4.2 Any person or company confirming an Assignment for the account of third parties or including the request to invoice a third party, shall warrant this third party’s performance and shall be liable for performance of the Agreement in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
4.3 If the Client is part of a group of companies or umbrella company, on the instructions of which the Client signs the Agreement or in case of a jointly granted Assignment, they shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of their obligations under the Agreement in accordance with Article 5, Book 6 Dutch Civil Code and 1202 of the Belgian Civil Code respectively.

By acceptance of this Policy, the Insured Organisation agrees to act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving of notices of Claim or termination, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notices provided for in this Policy (except the giving of notice to apply for the Extended Reporting Period), and the Insureds agree that the Insured Organisation shall act on their behalf.
Authorisation Clause. Policy Condition: Authorisation Clause for this Fidelity Policy Section shall be replaced, or shall apply where absent, with the following; Failure to comply with this Condition will result in a claim being rejected or settlement reduced. The Policyholder shall act on behalf of all Civil Societies with respect to the giving and receiving of notice for Fidelity Loss, the payment of premiums and the receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this Policy, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this Fidelity Policy Section, and the Civil Societies agree that the Policyholder shall so act on their behalf. All amounts payable under this Fidelity Policy Section shall be made to the Policyholder. RSA shall not be liable for the application or distribution of such amounts between Civil Societies and shall be released from all liability in respect of such payment by virtue of its payment to the Policyholder.

Authorisation Clause. It is a condition of this Policy that the Policyholder shall act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving of notice of any Claim or Circumstance the payment of premiums and the receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this Policy, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this Policy (except the giving of notice to apply for the Discovery Period), and the Insureds agree that the Policyholder shall so act on their behalf.
Authorisation Clause. By acceptance of this Policy, the Insured and the Organisation agree that the Organisation shall act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving notice of Claim or termination, cancellation, non-renewal, the payment of premiums and the receiving any return premiums that may become due under this Policy, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this Policy and each Insured agrees that the Organisation shall act on their behalf.

(“Authorisation Clause”) for this Fidelity Policy Section shall be replaced, or shall apply where absent, with the following; Failure to comply with this Condition will result in a claim being rejected or settlement reduced. The Policyholder shall act on behalf of all Companies with respect to the giving and receiving of notice for Fidelity Loss, the payment of premiums and the receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this Policy, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this Fidelity Policy Section, and the Companies agree that the Policyholder shall so act on their behalf. All amounts payable under this Fidelity Policy Section shall be made to the Policyholder. RSA shall not be liable for the application or distribution of such amounts between Companies and shall be released from all liability in respect of such payment by virtue of its payment to the Policyholder.
Authorisation Clause. Policy Condition D. (“Authorisation Clause”) for this Policy Section shall be replaced with the following; It is a condition of this Policy that the Policyholder shall act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving of notice of Discovery of Loss, the payment of premiums and the receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this Policy, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this Policy, and the Insureds agree that the Policyholder shall so act on their behalf. All amounts payable under this Policy shall be made to the Policyholder. RSA shall not be liable for the application or distribution of such amounts between Insureds and shall be released from all liability in respect of such payment by virtue of its payment to the Policyholder.
Authorisation Clause. By acceptance of this Contract, the Insured principal(s) agree(s) to act on behalf of all Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving of notice of Claim or termination of employment, the payment of premiums and the receiving of any return premiums that may become due under this Contract, the negotiation, agreement to and acceptance of endorsements, and the giving or receiving of any notice provided for in this Contract and the Insureds agree that the Insured principal(s) shall act on their behalf.
