Common use of Authorisations and Consents Clause in Contracts

Authorisations and Consents. all actions, conditions and things required to be taken, fulfilled and done (including the obtaining of any necessary consents) in order (i) to enable the Borrower lawfully to enter into, exercise the Borrower’s rights and perform and comply with the Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement and the Security Documents (ii) to ensure that these obligations are legally binding and enforceable and (iii) to make this Agreement and the Security Documents admissible in evidence in the courts of Singapore have been made, fulfilled and done;
