Common use of Authorised Access Clause in Contracts

Authorised Access. The Client hereby agrees and undertakes at all times: (a) to keep strictly confidential and safeguard any and all user names, passwords. identification or other access codes issued to the Client by the Broker for the purpose of enabling the Client to access the Electronic Trading Facilities (the “Security Features”); and (b) to immediately notify the Broker if the Client suspects that the confidentiality of the Security Features has been compromised or if the Client’s account has been accessed or used without his authority.
