Common use of AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS Clause in Contracts

AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. Any monies which under this Deed may be invested by the Note Trustee may be invested in the name or under the control of the Note Trustee in any Authorised Investments and the Note Trustee may at any time or times vary any such Authorised Investments into other Authorised Investments and shall not be responsible for any loss due to depreciation in value, or otherwise resulting from any such Authorised Investments (save due to the negligence, fraud or wilful default of the Note Trustee).
