Common use of AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS Clause in Contracts

AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. Any monies which under the trust or powers herein contained ought to be invested by the Debenture Trustee may be invested in the name of the Debenture Trustee or under the legal control of the Debenture Trustee in any of the investments by law authorised for investment of Trust monies for the time being in force in India with power to vary and transpose such investments and in so far as the same shall not be invested shall be placed on deposit in the name of the Debenture Trustee in Scheduled Bank or Banks.
