Common use of AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS Clause in Contracts

AUTHORISED INVESTMENTS. Upon Funding 1 or the Cash Manager on its behalf making a disposal of an Authorised Investment charged under this Deed and provided that the proceeds of such disposal are paid into the Funding 1 Transaction Account in accordance with the terms of this Deed and the Cash Management Agreement, such Authorised Investment will be deemed to be released from the Funding 1 Security and the Funding 1 Security Trustee will, at the request and cost of Funding 1 take whatever action is necessary to release that Authorised Investment from the Funding 1 Security.
