Common use of Authorised Representative Clause in Contracts

Authorised Representative. The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Authorised Representative. The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 I of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Authorised Representative. The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf of the Issuer or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Authorised Representative. The Each Issuer and the Guarantor will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf of such Issuer and the Guarantor or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Authorised Representative. The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately promptly in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Schedule 2 (Initial Documentation List Conditions Precedent) ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf of the Issuer or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Authorised Representative. The Issuer Each of the Issuer, PT and PTC will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 I of the Initial Documentation List Lists ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Authorised Representative. The Issuer and the LLP will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised togetherauthorised, accompanied (in the case of an additional authorised person, ) with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

The Issuer Each Obligor will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

The Issuer Each Obligor will notify the Dealers immediately as soon as reasonably practicable in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf of such Obligor or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Authorised Representative. The Each of the Issuer and the Guarantor will notify the Arranger on behalf of the Dealers immediately in writing writing, and the Arranger shall notify the Dealers, if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

The Each Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing writing, if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 I of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

Authorised Representative. The Issuer will notify the Arranger and the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 clause 4 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf of the Issuer or any Guarantor, as the case may be, or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Arranger and the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.
