Authorised Persons. If § 3.4 (Authorised Persons) is specified as applying to a Party in the Election Sheet, Individual Contracts may be negotiated, confirmed and signed on behalf of that Party exclusively by those persons listed by it for such purposes as may be specified in an Annex to this General Agreement. Each Party may unilaterally amend and supplement in writing the list of persons currently authorised to act on its behalf at any time. Such amendments and supplements shall become effective upon their receipt by the other Party.

Authorised Persons. The Customer will provide KVB with a list of those persons the customer has authorised to enter into, settle FX Transactions and sign confirmations on their behalf, and Customer shall bear the full responsibility for ensuring such list is always accurate and up-to-date
Authorised Persons. 13.1 You may appoint one or more people (identified on the Application Form) as Authorised Persons, provided that such person must be acceptable to us in our discretion. If you wish to revoke the authority of an Authorised Person, you must tell us in writing.
13.2 You agree and understand that:
a. an Authorised Person may be restricted from providing instructions in relation to particular Services;
b. we may act upon the instructions of any Authorised Person, to the extent those instructions are not inconsistent with the restrictions referred to in clause 13.2(a); and
c. we may provide Account information in response to a request from an Authorised Person, without the necessity to check the authority of that Person. We may, however, require written instructions from you, in which case we are not required to act upon the Authorised Person’s instruction.
13.3 If we reasonably believe that a Person who makes a request for information, or provides instructions, is your Authorised Person, we are not liable for any action, non-action or response in relation to this request (except to the extent resulting from or caused by our negligence, fraud or dishonesty).
13.4 If there is more than one Authorised Person, we may act on the instructions of any Authorised Person severally.
13.5 You agree that if any of your Authorised Persons breach the JBWere Multi-Asset Platform Agreement or an Additional Service Agreement:
a. the breach will be attributed to you as principal;
b. we have the same rights and remedies as we would if you had personally committed the breach, and
c. where we can take action against the Authorised Person, we do not need to do so before exercising the rights granted in this clause against you.
13.6 Authorised Persons are not able to appoint or remove other Authorised Persons.
13.7 Subject to the restrictions referred to in clause 13.2(a), this clause 13 applies to any instruction given to us in relation to a Service. You agree to ensure that your Authorised Person reads and understands the terms and conditions governing the Services.
13.8 Subject to the restrictions in clause 13.2(a), you agree that if you have appointed an Authorised Person to deal on your behalf in relation to a Service then you:
a. must ensure that any Authorised Person you appoint has the knowledge and experience required to provide instructions; and
b. accept responsibility for your Authorised Person’s instructions.

Authorised Persons. At the time of registration, you are required to supply us with the name and contact details of all personnel within your business whom have authority to act on your behalf in connection with our Services. Such personnel will become Authorised Persons when they have been accepted as Authorised Persons by us.
Authorised Persons. 7.1 You require at least one Authorised Person to provide us with Orders and otherwise communicate with us on your behalf. You must provide us with the names and contact details of all of your Authorised Persons. You can add and remove Authorised Persons by having an Authorised Person call or email us.
7.2 The following persons will automatically be deemed to be an Authorised Person upon your acceptance of these Terms:
(a) the person who accepts these Terms on your behalf; and
(b) you, if you are a sole trader.
7.3 An Authorised Person must notify us immediately when you no longer want one of your Authorised Persons to be able to place Orders and communicate with us on your behalf. We will accept no liability for acting on the instructions of an Authorised Person where you no longer wanted them to place Orders and otherwise communicate with us on your behalf and you did not tell us this.
Authorised Persons. The persons designated in Schedule 1 are the only ones authorised to transmit Orders or to enter into Transactions, as the case may be, pursuant to the powers referred to in Schedule 1. The Client agrees to immediately inform the Bank of any event likely to affect the delegations of power of the persons designated in Schedule 1 as well as any modification of the list of persons authorised to represent the Client. Any Order received by the Bank and transmitted by one of the authorised persons is deemed to have been placed by the Client. Similarly, any Transaction entered into with the Bank by one of the authorised persons is deemed to have been entered into by the Client. Consequently, the Client is expressly invited not to communicate to third parties, other than persons acting on its behalf, any identification details attributed to them. The Client shall discharge the Bank of any liability in case of abusive or fraudulent use by a third party of identification details that would have been attributed thereto.
Authorised Persons. For the purposes of this Agreement, persons may only be authorised in accordance with clause 27.1
(a) in the following circumstances:
(a) Company
(b) Trustee
(c) Partnership
Authorised Persons. You may, by written notice, change the persons who are authorised to give us instructions on your behalf. This can include an Introducing Broker, but we will require an authorisation by you under a power of attorney or other permissible evidence of authority granting such Introducing Broker the right to trade on your Account. You agree to produce the original of any such power of attorney or other permissible evidence of authority to us on request (or a copy that has been certified as a true copy in a manner acceptable to us). We are not bound to act according to any such variation until we receive written notice and agree to such requested change. We may act upon the orders or instructions of any Authorised Person, or any person who appears to us to be an Authorised Person, despite the fact that the person may not be authorised. We are under no obligation to verify the authority of any person who purports to be authorised by you in connection with this Agreement.
Authorised Persons. 5.5.1 The Client may appoint and shall inform the Broker in the written form about its Authorised Persons in order to exercise any rights and obligations under these General Rules on behalf of the Client. All the powers of such Authorized Person shall be confirmed by the relevant (1) Board Resolution and (2) Specimen Signature Card issued in the form acceptable by the Broker, and/or (3) WWF Personal Account Request indicating users who are authorised to have distance access to the Client Account on behalf of the Client. The Client shall be responsible for all acts of its Authorised Persons when negotiating with or giving Instructions/Orders to the Broker and shall ensure that all the means of communication used for giving Orders to the Broker are accessible to Authorised Persons only.
5.5.2 In the event the authority of an Authorised Person is revoked, the Client shall immediately notify the Broker to that effect in a written form and provide it with a document, confirming appointment of a new Authorised Person no later than on the Business Day following the day of its replacement. Any Order given by the revoked Authorized Person prior to the actual receipt of the above notice by the Broker shall be valid and binding for the Parties.
5.5.3 The Broker has the right (but not an obligation) to refuse to accept Orders and/or other Instructions from the Authorized Person if:
(i) the Broker reasonably suspects that the Authorized Person is not legally allowed or properly authorized to act as such; and/or
