Common use of Authorities of action Clause in Contracts

Authorities of action. Licensor may act in any matter provided for herein by its property manager and any other person who shall from time to time be designated in writing by Licensor to Licensee. Licensee acknowledges that if this Agreement has been executed for and on behalf of, in name of and with the authority of Licensor by the property manager then the covenants and agreements of Licensor are obligations of Licensor and its successors and assigns only and are not obligations personal to or enforceable against the property manager in its own right.
