Authority and Control of Employer. Employee shall at all times comply with, and be subject to, such reasonable policies, procedures, rules and regulations as Employer or its parent company may establish from time to time and provide to Employee in a manner comparable to that used to provide such information to similarly situated employees, including Employer’s Code of Conduct, and all work performed by Employee shall be subject to review and evaluation by Employer.
