Authority and Legal Status. Lessee represents and warrants that it has full power and authority to execute and fully perform Xxxxxx’s obligations under this Lease pursuant to Lessee’s governing instruments, without the need for any further action, and that the person(s) executing this Lease on behalf of Xxxxxx are the duly designated agents of Lessee and are authorized act on behalf of Xxxxxx.
