Common use of Authority Obligations Clause in Contracts

Authority Obligations. Except as specifically provided for in this Agreement, the Authority has no obligations (whether express, implied, collateral or otherwise) to the Agent or the Senior Lenders in connection with this Agreement, the Project Agreement or the Project. All of the obligations and liabilities given, undertaken or arising on the part of the Authority under this Agreement are given solely to the Agent on behalf of the Senior Lenders and do not confer any rights on or in favour of Project Co or any Affiliate of Project Co or any other Person.

Except as specifically provided for in this Agreement and the Insurance Trust Agreement, the Authority has no obligations (whether express, implied, collateral or otherwise) to the Agent Indenture Trustee or the Senior Lenders in connection with this Agreement, the Project Agreement or the Project.
