Common use of Authority Obligations Clause in Contracts

Authority Obligations. The Authority undertakes to the Contractor that it shall not impede or otherwise affect the Contractor in the performance of its obligations under this Contract (having regard always to the interactive nature of the activities of the Authority, its Tenants and Leaseholders and the Contractor and any other operations or activities carried out by the Authority on or at the Sites, Dwellings or Properties for the purposes contemplated by this Contract or any other of the Authority’s statutory duties or functions).

Authority Obligations. The Authority undertakes to the Contractor that it shall not wilfully impede or otherwise affect the Contractor in the performance of its obligations under this Contract Agreement (having regard always to the interactive nature of the activities of the Authority, its Tenants and Leaseholders the Tenants, the Care Provider, the Catering Provider and the Contractor and any other operations or activities carried out by the Authority or a Care Provider or a Catering Provider on or at the Sites, Dwellings Sites or Properties Apartment Areas for the purposes contemplated by this Contract Agreement or any other of the Authority’s statutory duties or functions).

The Authority undertakes to the Contractor that it shall not wilfully impede or otherwise affect the Contractor in the performance of its obligations under this Contract Agreement (having regard always to the interactive nature of the activities of the Authority, its Tenants Authority and Leaseholders and of the Contractor and to the Authority’s use of the Schools to provide the Educational Services and any other operations or activities carried out by the Authority on or at the Sites, Dwellings or Properties Sites for the purposes contemplated by this Contract Agreement or any other of the Authority’s statutory duties or functions).
