Common use of Authority of City Manager and District General Manager Clause in Contracts

Authority of City Manager and District General Manager. The City Manager and District General Manager will meet periodically as necessary to discuss and agree on the administration and implementation of this Agreement. At a minimum, the City Manager and District General Manager will prepare the Annual Report described in Section 8. In addition to their obligation to prepare an Annual Report, the City Manager and District Manager have the authority to modify Exhibit D, including the Operational Performance Indicators, and to take the following actions in furtherance of this Agreement.
