Common use of Authority of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Authority of Consultant. It is understood that Consultant is to provide information, research, advice, recommendations, and consultation services to the County. Consultant shall possess no authority with respect to any County decision. The County is responsible for and shall make all governmental decisions related to work of Consultant.
