Authority of Contractor’s Representative. Contractor hereby certifies that its legal representative as defined in the General Conditions and the person(s) it employees on the Project at or above the level of project superintendent, each have the authority to legally bind the Contractor.

Authority of Contractor’s Representative. The Contractor's Representative shall have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all purposes of this Contract. The Authority shall be entitled to treat any act of the Contractor's Representative in connection with this Contract as being expressly authorised by the Contractor (save where the Contractor has notified the Authority that such authority has been revoked) and the Authority shall not be required to determine whether any express authority has in fact been given.
