Authority of Issuer and Indenture Trustee. The Issuer and the Indenture Trustee are authorized to execute and deliver, on behalf of the Servicer, as attorney-in-fact or otherwise, all documents, and to do all other acts or things necessary or advisable to effect the termination and replacement of the Servicer.
