Authority of Landlord. Landlord and the person(s) executing this Lease on behalf of Landlord hereby represent, warrant, and covenant with and to Tenant as follows: the individual(s) acting as signatory on behalf of Landlord is(are) duly authorized to execute this Lease; Landlord has procured (whether from its members, partners or board of directors, as the case may be), the requisite authority to enter into this Lease; this Lease is and shall be fully and completely binding upon Landlord; and Landlord shall timely and completely perform all of its obligations hereunder.

Authority of Landlord. Landlord hereby represents and warrants that it is a limited partnership duly organized and in good standing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, that each individual or entity executing this Lease on behalf of Landlord is authorized to do so, and that all action necessary to authorize Landlord to enter into this Lease has been duly taken.

Authority of Landlord. By executing this Agreement, Landlord represents to the District that: (i) it is authorized to enter into, execute and deliver this Agreement and perform its obligations hereunder; (ii) this Agreement is effective and enforceable against Landlord in accordance with its terms; (iii) the person signing on behalf of Landlord is duly authorized to execute this Agreement; (iv) no other signatures or approvals are necessary in order to make all of the representations of Landlord contained in this Section true and correct in all material respects; (v) Landlord is in good standing in the District of Columbia and shall remain so for the term of the Lease; and (vi) Landlord is in compliance with all PAGE 105 OF 135 (as modified) DC DGS FORM L-105 (3/2018) 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx XX XX 000000000x0 EXECUTION VERSION District of Columbia laws and regulations applicable to Landlord and shall remain so for the term of the Lease.
