Authority of Purchasing Agent. Seller acknowledges and agrees that County’s Purchasing Agent or his or her duly authorized representative or agent has the sole responsibility and authority to execute this Agreement and any amendment or modification hereto on behalf of Purchaser. Any execution, amendment or modification of this Agreement by a Person other than the County’s Purchasing Agent or his or her duly authorized representative or agent shall be null and void and of no force and effect.
