Common use of Authority of Signatories Clause in Contracts

Authority of Signatories. Each person executing this individually and personally represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver the same on behalf of the entity for which he is signing (whether it be a corporation, general or limited partnership, or otherwise), and that his Lease is binding upon said entity in accordance with its terms.

Authority of Signatories.
