AUTHORITY OF SUPPORT CONTACTS. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in any agreement between the parties, Subscriber agrees that Subscriber’s Designated Support Contacts shall have the authority to enable or disable security and other features in Subscriber’s instances of the Cloud Offering and consent to the maintenance, monitoring and analysis of Subscriber’s instances.
