Authority of the Administrator. Each of the parties to this Indenture acknowledges that the Issuer has appointed the Administrator to act as its agent to perform the duties and obligations of the Issuer hereunder. Unless otherwise instructed by the Owner Trustee, copies of all notices, requests, demands and other documents to be delivered to the Issuer or the Owner Trustee pursuant to the terms hereof also shall be delivered to the Administrator. Unless otherwise instructed by the Owner Trustee, all notices, requests, demands and other documents to be executed or delivered, and any action to be taken, by the Issuer pursuant to the terms hereof may be executed, delivered and/or taken by the Administrator pursuant to the Administration Agreement.
