Authority, Responsibilities and Reporting. You will have the authority, responsibilities and reporting relationships that correspond to your position, including any particular authority, responsibilities and reporting relationships consistent with your position that the Board may assign to you from time to time and you shall perform your duties hereunder in compliance with such policies of the Company as may be adopted from time to time.
