Application of Payments Landlord shall have the right to apply payments received from Tenant pursuant to this Lease, regardless of Tenant’s designation of such payments, to satisfy any obligations of Tenant hereunder, in such order and amounts as Landlord, in its sole discretion, may elect.
Restriction of payment An employee shall not be entitled to payment for inclement weather as provided for in this clause unless the employee remains on the job until the provisions set out in this clause have been observed.
Application of Payment The monthly housing assistance payment shall be credited against the monthly rent to owner for the contract unit.
Suspension of Payments This Grant Agreement may be subject to suspension of payments or termination, or both if the State determines that:
Recording of payments upon any payment being made in respect of the Notes represented by a Temporary Global Note or a Permanent Global Note, the relevant Paying Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar shall:
Termination of Payments Notwithstanding section 2.2, no payments shall be due to Purchaser afler Purchaser has received an aggregate amount under this Note, including payments made by the Company pursuant to section 2.3, equal to (i) the Principal Amount (as defined in the Investor Information Sheet above), multiplied by (ii) the Maximum Payment Multiple. We refer to the result of this multiplication as the “Maximum Payment Amount.”
Restrictions to Safeguard the Balance of Payments 1. The Parties shall endeavour to avoid the imposition of restrictions to safeguard the balance of payments.
Right of Use 2.1 Except as expressly otherwise agreed in this Contract, as between the parties all intellectual and industrial property rights in the Supplies, in all documents provided by Siemens in connection with this Contract (the “Documents”) and in all software, hardware, knowhow (“IPR”) and other things provided with or as part of the Supplies and the Documents shall be the exclusive property of and vest in Siemens. The Customer shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce the Supplies or parts thereof and shall ensure that third parties will not reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce the Supplies or parts thereof in each case to the extent mandatory law does not prohibit such limitation.
Source of Payments All payments provided in this Agreement shall be timely paid in cash or check from the general funds of the Bank. The Company, however, unconditionally guarantees payment and provision of all amounts and benefits due hereunder to Executive and, if such amounts and benefits due from the Bank are not timely paid or provided by the Bank, such amounts and benefits shall be paid or provided by the Company.
Netting of Payments Subparagraph (ii) of Section 2(c) of this Agreement will apply to Transactions entered into under this Agreement unless otherwise specified in a Confirmation.
