AUTHORITY TO ACT FOR THE COUNTY. The Director of the Health Department of the County of Monterey may designate one or more persons within the County of Monterey for the purposes of acting on his/her behalf to implement the provisions of this Agreement. Therefore, the term “Director” in all cases shall mean “Director or his/her designee.” EXHIBIT C:
