Common use of Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire Clause in Contracts

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 25.2.1. During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all User Charges and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Authority shall be entitled to recover the amount for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses that may be specified elsewhere in this Agreement.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 25.2.1. (a) During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all User Charges Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Authority shall be entitled to recover use the amount Fee collected in accordance with this Clause 32.2 (a) for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses that may be specified elsewhere in this Agreement.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 25.2.1. 29.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all User Charges Fee and revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Authority shall be entitled to recover Agreement and pay the amount for meeting balance remaining after setting off the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses that may be specified elsewhere in this Agreement.

Authority to act on behalf of Concessionaire. 25.2.1. 37.2.1 During the period of Suspension, the Authority shall, on behalf of the Concessionaire, collect all User Charges and Fee andother revenues under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Authority shall Authorityshall be entitled to recover use the amount for Fee collected in accordance with this Clause 37.2for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses that may be specified elsewhere in this Agreement.

The Authority shall be entitled to recover use the amount Fee collected in accordance with this Clause 37.2 for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses that may be specified elsewhere in this Agreement.

The Authority shall be entitled to recover the amount for meeting the costs incurred by it for remedying and rectifying the cause of Suspension, and thereafter for defraying the expenses that may be specified elsewhere in this Agreement.
