Common use of Authority to Borrow Clause in Contracts

Authority to Borrow. We authorize you to advance your funds for our account (charging current interest rates) and to arrange loans for our account for the purpose of carrying out this Agreement, and in connection therewith to execute and deliver any notes or other instruments, and to hold, or pledge as security therefor, all or any part of our Securities of the Company purchased hereunder for our account. Any lending bank is hereby authorized to accept your instructions as Representative in all matters relating to such loans. Any part of our Securities held by you, may be delivered to us for carrying purposes, and if so delivered, will be redelivered to you upon demand.

Authority to Borrow.
