Authority to Bind Contractor. The signatory for the Contractor represents that he/she has been duly authorized to execute this Contract on behalf of the Contractor and has obtained all necessary or applicable approvals to make this Contract fully binding upon the Contractor when his/her signature is affixed, and accepted by the State.

A. Development of an Implementation team
a. Current Provider policies and procedures, as well as intake documents and case plans to assist with the development and implementation of new screening/assessment approaches- to include use of the ADBTT.
b. The implementation Committee will develop locally based intervention and treatment response matrix for matching of typology to services available in communities the ADBTT is administered.
c. Implementation Team will develop/modify existing safety contracts for youth and family to help ensure the use of healthy coping skills
d. Team and Consultant will review Quality Assurance and data tracking plans.
B. Training Schedule Screening, assessment and process Training - Two days of in- person training on screening, assessment, safety planning, case plan development, services to match risk/need to supervision and treatment interventions, family involvement, continuity of care through completion of screening/assessment utilizing the ADBTT.
